We used Concepts in Greencastle for a recent kitchen update. Robyn, Nathan, and Jill are so very wonderful! They will help you choose elements and give you their input, but definitely don't push their preferences on you. They are patient and easy to work with. We chose to purchase custom Amish cabinetry from them. The wait time was longer than other cabinets, but so very worth it. We absolutely love the quality and got exactly what we were wanting. Concepts helped us upgrade our kitchen countertops and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Our designer, Alyse, was so knowledgeable and responsive. I would highly recommend Concepts & will absolutely work with them (& Alyse specifically) in the future.
