We ❤️ LOVE our new kitchen! Amish cabinets installed May 2025. Selecting colors and design was difficult but with the design team’s help and patience, a beautiful kitchen was transformed. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Concepts
My first experience with Concepts, the cabinet shop and I was completely pleased. Alyse and Alicia were easy to speak with and understood my requirements. We had to search for the appropriate counter top, but they were able to locate exactly as I described. They kept me informed of each step in the process. Cabinets and counter top were delivered in a timely fashion and the installers were professional, quiet and cleaned up after the installation. We have worked with Concepts a couple times & each time has been fantastic. Alyse helped us select the perfect countertops to help upgrade our builder grade kitchen in our previous home. Alyse went above and beyond and truly made sure everything was perfect! Since we had such a great experience with Alyse and Concepts the first time, we used them again to help upgrade some aspects of our new home as well. I highly recommend Concepts, specifically Alyse!
We have worked with Alyse and Alicia for years, from basement to bathroom renos, and just finished a major kitchen renovation and a whole laundry/mudroom overhaul. The details to make things fit with new windows, new walls, and around quirky electrical made it a challenge. If you want a custom cabinet DO NOT go here. I requested cherry rustic wood with the knot & worm holes. NOT ONE knot hole in my vanity. I know these pieces could be hand selected for the doors since the rest is ONLY plywood and its one small vanity not a full kitchen. The price of this vanity is ridiculous but I had accepted that since it would be exactly what I wanted. The look of an old distressed piece of furniture. NOPE not at all.
