Alyse is an amazing kitchen designer!
Concepts helped us upgrade our kitchen countertops and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Our designer, Alyse, was so knowledgeable and responsive. I would highly recommend Concepts & will absolutely work with them (& Alyse specifically) in the future.
We had countertops installed and one top had a chip. They came out to the house and repaired the countertop for our convenience instead of taking off and back to the shop. Very professional and able to work with our needs.
We chose to purchase our cabinets from Concepts over Lowes. Their prices were very competitive and the quality of the cabinets we chose were higher than Lowes. Their design was much better and functional than what we received from Lowes as well. What sold me was the fact they only use one installer. If I had any questions or concerns, I could either stop by the shop or send an email, they would respond within the day. I was impressed with the communication.
