Please learn from our mistake and our financial loss. We strongly suggest that if you use Concepts in Wood, you have a formal legal contract in hand, reviewed by your attorney, and including full reimbursement if terms of the contract are not met. Even the receptionist said to us, "If we treated all of our customers this way, we would be out of business."
