After two disappointing keratin treatments that left my hair wavy again, I opted for Japanese hair straightening. Michelle, my stylist, was incredible—thoroughly assessed every section, applied extra product where needed, and even gave me a relaxing scalp massage. Her patience and precision were unmatched, and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend her!

I struggled for years to find someone in Ottawa who could properly cut Asian men's hair. I usually had to travel to Montreal or Toronto to get a decent haircut. That changed when I got my first cut with Quynh last year. Since then, I've been a regular. I can finally say there's a place in Ottawa to get a great men's haircut for Asian hair. Thanks Quynh!

I’ve never left a bad review anywhere before, but I had a terrible experience at Concepts hair salon. I went in to get my existing style refreshed (bangs and subtle layers in long hair) with photos that I’d brought to other stylists before. I left with extreme layers (that make it difficult to style my hair in the ways that I like) and bangs MUCH shorter than in the photos I shared The stylist then tried to convince me would look great plastered to my forehead to make them look longer.
