Best hair salon!!! Been getting my hair cut and coloured for the last 3 years here (by Kim) and am always so happy with the result. I’ve had colour blocking done and balayage and the colour each time is 👌🏼 Professional and super friendly staff, comfortable and relaxing environment, efficient and skilled services. Plus they have espresso and snacks!
I’ve been a long-time client of Kim and have followed her for years for good reason. She always listens to what I’m looking for and offers thoughtful suggestions based on my hair type (very straight and thick) and my preference for low maintenance styles. She also shares tips when I ask during appointments to help me maintain the look at home. You’ll feel genuinely taken care of at Concepts! I can’t say enough good things about Kim and her salon — highly recommend!
Such a cute Salon! They always do a great job, with fair prices. I have moved in Ottawa many times and still come back to this place. Definitely recommend!
Been going to Kim for years. I have long, thick hair so I head to Kim for a refresh and she does a great job removing all the dead ends and bulk while maintaining the length I want. My appts always start on time too. 10/10 recommend.
