I’ve been going to Leah at Concepts Salon for over two years now, and I honestly couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair! She always gets it just right — the color, the cut, everything. She’s super thorough, really listens to what I want, and always gives the best advice. My hair has never been healthier, and I get compliments on it all the time! Fran did what no other beautician has done. She listened to me tell her about my difficult hair - five collicks and just enough curl to make it worse. She knew how to cut it and style it. And the color! Matched to my complexion. Concepts and Fran highly recommended.

I was feeling self conscious about my hair over the weekend, and Elvia is so sweet and was able to book me last minute when she was supposed to close up the shop. I recently visited Concepts for a haircut and blonde highlights after being referred by a friend, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Elvia was warm, welcoming, and truly attentive to what I was looking for. She did an exceptional job with both the cut and the highlights—my hair looks and feels amazing.
