Fran did what no other beautician has done. She listened to me tell her about my difficult hair - five collicks and just enough curl to make it worse. She knew how to cut it and style it. And the color! Matched to my complexion. Concepts and Fran highly recommended.
I was feeling self conscious about my hair over the weekend, and Elvia is so sweet and was able to book me last minute when she was supposed to close up the shop.
