Everyone is very nice and kind and patient I couldn't ask for a better nursing team that they have with conceptia
What a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and have a closer look at the comments that contribute to the over inflated "4.3 star" rating. 20% of the comments are negative between 1 and 3 stars. I have had a similar experience already and we havent even step foot in the door yet! There are 43 "5 star" reviews with no comments at all. This seems suspicious to not say a word while giving the best possible rating. There are 13 "4 star" reviews with very little detail or no comment at all.
