Don’t be on time for your appointments, try to come 2 hours late for your scheduled appointment time.
The staff was very friendly, starting at reception and continuing on with the nurses and gynecologist. Service was reasonably paced, explanations to questions thoughtfully answered and everyone was very respectful. Facility/unit was clean and comfortable atmosphere and the start of our journey after referral was very quick. All in all, a very positive first experience.
