The staff at Conceptia were very friendly and informative. The clinic was clean and I loved that they explained everything from the phone conversation to in person. My entire experience was wonderful!! Continue to do the fantastic work that you do at Conceptia, it’s greatly appreciated !!
My experience at Conceptia was really good. The nurses and Dr Jean were really nice and helpful. Although, the waiting period is sometimes long but their kindness covers for the wait. Thank you guys for what you do, I appreciate you
Very friendly and caring doctors and nurses, and always quick to respond when call or email with questions , I always leave feeling great and excited and confident in the plan we set for our fertility journey
We did IVF three times here. You get treated like an ant here, you're just one out of hundreds to them. Small example, they tell you to come at 7am but make you wait until 8:30am to be seen, nearly every time. You don't get your own appointment, just come for 7am along with 10-12 other couples. Then when you are seen, it's rushed and little time for patient care of questions. Some parts of their contracts are utterly cruel.
