We’ve been using Concept equipment for years now — always great quality, reliable, and super easy for our members to use. We recently had a small issue with one of our rowers and Joe and Lauren were amazing to deal with. They got back to us quickly, knew their products inside out, and helped sort the problem without any fuss. Concept 2 and its preferred delivery provider (Direct Couriers) do not let you pick a delivery time or have any say in whether you’d be home to receive the delivery once you’ve made a purchase. After purchasing a machine from Concept 2 Australia on the weekend, I received an email, saying “Due to all orders being delivered by third party courier companies, we are unable to provide you with a delivery time.” Cue Monday, Concept 2 tells you your order is being sent to their warehouse and expect 1-3 working days for the deliver... read more
