My rower was supposed to come today, but the delivery company they use is absolutely horrible, couldn't be bothered to deliver my rowing machine. Still has me baffled as to why you guys use a company like that to deliver your expensive gear. DXT Transport, had a look at their google reviews, yeah pretty much all 1 star. I think you guys need to wake up and start using a reputable delivery company.
Chantelle is absolutely fantastic!! She has been extremely helpful in stepping us through maintenance and part replacement for our Concept2 gym equipment. She has been on point with all of her advice, accommodating all our queries to a very high standard (and very quickly).
