Impeccable service. There was an item that was on backorder and I couldn't wait. Nick and Dalton was extremely prompt in helping me with a refund in less than 1 minute. Rare to get such prompt service nowadays!
This is a terrible company that does not stand behind their products. I purchased a slave cylinder delete kit for my 370Z from this company, part of which failed after only 18,000 miles. While they agreed to warranty the parts, they refused to warranty the labor which was well over $1000, leaving me and the shop I used to eat the cost. They hid behind their legalese 'policies' and chose to screw me on a technicality rather than do right by their customers. If they did this to me, they could do the same to anyone else.
