Don provides great security service, great response when the alarm is alerted and installations/takedowns of equipment, no issues there. The only issue I have encountered so far is that I had prepaid Don for a full year of security service last year up to Aug/Sept 2022. We completely moved out back in June 30, 2022 and would think Don would reimburse the difference for the months that we didn’t use their services. I’ve tried communicating via text, email, and call.
