This company was great to work with. I contacted them on a holiday weekend, and by Monday morning they were at my door knocking. I had a water leak in my kitchen and the entire floor was swelling, cold, soft, and smelling like humidity. I was afraid mold would be created by the humidity. So I contacted them to come give it a look. They removed the damage with care, helped me relocate my kitchen items to another room, properly cover the work area from the other rooms, and took care of removing all the damage. Concept Restoration has a very effective and well coordinated team lead by Dan Czigler who explains every detail of what to expect throughout the process of restoration. He is very responsive to customer needs and concerns. Jon and Daniel are a great team; extremely helpful, efficient and very customer focused. They don’t leave until they know the customer is satisfied and the needs are met. Nothing makes water damage easy or pleasant but they do all possible to help transition through the process. My wife spotted 2 pictures pulling out the wall and finding that the drywall was going "soft" early one morning. I looked and quickly realized that we had a "problem" and its not something I would be able to DIY. My ins agent recommended Concept based on another client's experience. Dan is a great business owner. He quickly responds to calls, and more importantly, he is incredibly knowledgeable on MOLD & CONSTRUCTION. As a woman, he patiently answered all my questions & helped me create a plan-of-attack moving forward to remediate the mold problem. I TRUST his integrity & honesty.

I had water damage from my upstairs neighbors water heater breakage. John & Danny did a great job of minimizing the damage. They did a great job of cutting out the areas the need to me mitigated and restore my condo to its original status. Overall excellent service & both guys were very customer oriented! Thanks guys!
