My wife spotted 2 pictures pulling out the wall and finding that the drywall was going "soft" early one morning. I looked and quickly realized that we had a "problem" and its not something I would be able to DIY. My ins agent recommended Concept based on another client's experience. Dan is a great business owner. He quickly responds to calls, and more importantly, he is incredibly knowledgeable on MOLD & CONSTRUCTION. As a woman, he patiently answered all my questions & helped me create a plan-of-attack moving forward to remediate the mold problem. I TRUST his integrity & honesty.

I had water damage from my upstairs neighbors water heater breakage. John & Danny did a great job of minimizing the damage. They did a great job of cutting out the areas the need to me mitigated and restore my condo to its original status. Overall excellent service & both guys were very customer oriented! Thanks guys!
