Jacob remodeled our bathroom 7 years ago and we had problems from the day the demo happened. He assured me he would be overseeing the project but in actuality showed up maybe 2 x during the entire renovation. The one issue i had which was why we were doing the renovation wasn’t resolved and in addition the electrical is jenky and many (last count was 5) tiles are loose. Hiring Jacob from Concept Renovation to remodel our bathroom was one of the worst decisions we've ever made. From start to finish, the experience was a nightmare. Jacob showed up to sell us on the job, then virtually disappeared. He made maybe one other appearance during the entire project (oh, perhaps to pick up a check!). We asked for a discount when we first negotiated the price, which in hindsight was a huge mistake because it seems we got the "C team" as a result. Concept Renovations just installed a full-service bathroom in a downstairs room where none existed. Rudy and his staff were extremely professional, attentive, responsiveness and communicated in all areas important to the project. I will definitely use them again in an upcoming remodeling of my dining and kitchen room areas. So glad that I do not have to interview contractors anymore for my remodeling needs!
