I recently bought a house with a pool built by Concept Pools over a decade ago, and it's still in excellent condition. I called their office with a few questions, and the lady I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. Great customer service, even after all these years!
Concept Pools helped us out immensely, providing a quality pump and installing on short notice. Really appreciated the human touch and customer service
We recently had our Fourth pool completed by Concept Pools. We are absolutely delighted with the end results. It looks just like a resort pool. 15m x 3.4m. 2m deep. Chris and Marine have been very accommodating and their Tiler Tom, is so fastidious about his quality of work, he's amazing. A true peofessional. We would highly recommend them.
