I found out very recently that I owe these people $45 from 2017. Never received a bill. Tried to take care of it by calling the phone numbers provided in Google and via the billing customer service line (who has no idea about it, surprise surprise!). The number provided by billing is a loop of voicemails and eternal waiting for absolutely nothing. Why the hell am I just finding out about a $45 past due balance from 2017 in 2025? What a shit show.
Christine V. was amazing! I'd highly recommend working with her if you have any hand/finger injuries. She took great care of me and helped me recover from (and regain strength in) a broken finger on my dominant hand, with zero complications. Thank you to the whole Mill Creek team for such a great PT experience!
