I came to Concept of Movement with a QL pull, and within just three sessions, Brooke had me feeling like new. She was incredibly thorough and detailed in her assessment and treatment. The exercises she gave me were spot on — simple, effective, and made a noticeable difference right away. If I (hopefully don’t) need physio again, at least I know exactly where I’m going and who I’m seeing!

I’ve been going to physio here for a few years. Waleed is my PT he’s awesome. He’s really patient as I wasn’t the best patient at first. The staff is always warm and professional. The clinic is VERY clean. Definitely recommend.
I’ve been working with Dustin for about a month now and am extremely happy with my wrist injury recovery. He is extremely knowledgeable and wastes no time getting you on the right track to hit your recovery goals. 10/10 experience.
