Hard working and great communication.
Very unprofessional and they do their work out of a residential neighborhood making noise throughout the day. Also leave a mess dropping limbs and other contaminates in the lake for others to clean up.
John, Jared, and Joe are an incredible team and completed the near impossible task of removing prior shoreline steel seawall and replacing it with a wood retaining wall combined with rock riprap. They did all their work in the middle of winter and obtained the required permit from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. The permit required a variance from the like-kind replacement rule and took about 9 months, 2 consulting engineers, and lots of sketches and drawings.
