We are THRILLED with the work that Karen and Concept Kitchens did for us. She came out and saw our vision for our Kitchen Remodel and then made it a reality. They are the ONLY shop we will go to for custom cabinets.
Overall a very poor experience using Concept Kitchens on our custom home. Karen was snippy and condescending during the process making my wife uncomfortable being around her. After we moved we discovered a chunk out of the cabinet, despite not being our fault I was willing to pay for a repair but after reaching out to Karen multiple times was completely blown off and never got the issue resolved.
Karen is the best. She steered me out of making some mistakes with her expert knowledge.
