Great customer service. Called in and Jasmin was able to get us an estimate and we were able to book an appointment for the installation of fog lights on our 2023 Tacoma. Very pleased with the installation (perfect placing). Thank you, to Mr. Will and the team for the great service. Strongly recommend!
I’m only giving it a 4 star for one reason I thought they were going give me Rockauto prices In terms of parts 😢 then charge me for labor in their tik tok William Chang says he expensive so i understood that before going (100$ a hour if anyone is interested labor price cost) but they dont unfortunately I still went through with it just shocked I understand it’s a business. Anything simple they can probably get done and basic inspection work is fine but they somehow had my car for 14 months and never actually ended up fixing the issue. The communication within and between customer and shop absolutely sucks!!, you call or text and then have to follow up with a text two days later because of no response, there was even a time I thought they stole my car because I didn't get any response for a week plus. Not sure why this shop doesn't have more reviews. Been going here since last year and each service has been fantastic. Service here is top notch and offers competitive pricing. Really appreciate you can make appointments here. Just show up on time, and they'll starting working on your car immediately. Only downside is that these guys are booked pretty fast so you'll have to plan ahead or look for a different shop for anything urgent. Also worth mentioning the staff here are pretty nice too.
