Took my recently acquired used car in on a Saturday for an overall check up after prepaying and making an apppointment. I knew some of the things that were wrong with the car but deliberately left that info out to see what they find. Got a call 2 hours later saying car is ready. I pick it up and guess what? Nothing. No report. No breakdown of things the car needs. My expectation was I would get a report of things needed which I would have gladly approved and get the work done. Perfect place to get A1 service and or work done to your vehicle, fast, responsive, priced too reasonable to go anywhere else. This is the best shop in Orange County to take your car to My Subaru 2020 engine swap was done a week sooner than expected and 3k-5k less than other businesses I spoke with You’ll thank me after you go there!
I called them more than 3 times to get a from for an oil change. Unfortunately, they can’t come up with a simple quote. This place seems sketchy and wouldn’t trust their work ethic.
