Had a wonderful experience at concept closet! Maria was great to work with and helped us with our design, she was thoughtful and knowledgeable and we love how everything turned out. The install was exceptional as well! So quick and thorough! 10/10 recommend!

I recommend Concept II Closets highly, their professionalism and knowledge is bar none. I had to other quotes and ideas from two other closet designers and theirs was the best! Maria went out of her way stating pros and cons to my ideas and when done it was the best idea and solutions to my closet!
Great experience from design to installation. No pushy salespeople chasing you away. Our pantry is of great quality. I would suggest that you go into the design consultation already having a good idea of your desired layout/needs, because the approach is more "tell us what you would like" vs "here are your options" although we asked many questions that Maria was happy to answer.
We are very happy with our Concept II walk-in closet! The design process went smoothly, and Kate did a great job on installation. We are so happy.
