Installer Kate was terrific and closet is much better use of space.

We recently had 4 custom closets installed by Concept II and couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment with met with Maria (designer), we knew this was who we were going to work with. Maria came over to do the measurements and then provided us with great design ideas. We had a few changes and she was more than happy to accommodate, even making some additional suggestions we did not consider. They gave us a timeline and it was spot on. A three-closet look great. I hesitated at first cause I thought they were expensive but well worth it—the installer Kate did a fantastic job. I highly recommend anyone to use concept for the closets and ask for Kate. Another great job by Katie.. all my closets are done and I love it
