I am a New member to G-Fitness and decided to start with the addition of Concept G. From day 1 Tara’s communication has been excellent. She has checked in on my experience and responded to all questions. I am not usually a runner so was hesitant at first seeming half the class in on the treadmill. As I want to improve my cardio and need to be pushed to do that, I figured Concept G was the only way to do that. When I do not feel like running I just increase the incline and walk fast. Really enjoyed this class. As a beginner, the instructor made me feel welcome and showed me show to use equipment. Class was fun, interesting, and fast paced, which was great and I left feeling energised and motivated for the day!! Also enjoy that I can to access the gym floor and sauna as well as the other styles of classes with my membership!
Love these classes and the styles of workout, particularly the mix between weights and hiit. Coaches really push you and keep it exciting
