I visited this body shop to pick up paint for a small repair on my car door. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I asked for the paint corresponding to my car’s code. The employee I dealt with was dismissive and disrespectful, refusing to assist me properly. The experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this location to others. It's unfortunate to see such poor service under a Sherwin-Williams banner. It reflects badly on the brand.
