We had an amazing experience at Concept. All the staff are so kind and compassionate, with special mention to Dr Devi and Emily. From start to finish, the whole process was made as smooth as possible for us. It was always easy to book appointments which suited work schedules. The embryology team kept us thoroughly informed between retrieval and transfer. It felt that all the staff really cared about us throughout. We now have Concept to thank for helping to bring our beautiful baby boy Rupert into the world.

Concept Fertility IUI Treatment We are a same sex couple aged 37 years old that used Concept Fertility Clinic for our fertility treatment in 2024. Staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and went through all the different treatment options and we were able to make a decision to go with IUI based on their recommendations. The CF team are outstanding, and I would say this whether we did or did not have success with creating a baby. The team, led by Mr Kamal Ojha, held our hand through the whole traumatic process. We had four rounds of egg collection (due to my rock bottom AMH numbers) - a 3 package cycle and a single cycle. The team were completely transparent about our very low odds (less than 10% chance) the whole time, and we were never given false hope. I'm writing to expose the unprofessional and unrealistic rules of Concept Fertility Clinic. We sought treatment for IUI, but their medication didn't work as promised. Despite our expectations, I was told I was ovulating properly during the last cycle, making it clear that the doctor's recommended medicine didn't work for me. The cycle was subsequently stopped.
