I'm writing to expose the unprofessional and unrealistic rules of Concept Fertility Clinic. We sought treatment for IUI, but their medication didn't work as promised. Despite our expectations, I was told I was ovulating properly during the last cycle, making it clear that the doctor's recommended medicine didn't work for me. The cycle was subsequently stopped. Found this clinic after struggling to have anyone accept me for my weight. They did not discriminate for my weight. Staff were very friendly and I travelled 8 hour round trip each day to visit. I'm so glad I did. The ivf worked first time and we still have more embryos in the freezer. Lovely experience there! Would totally recommend to anyone. Thank you for helping me become a mum, I never thought it would happen.
Concept were absolutely excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to pursue fertility treatment. Despite being 38 with low egg reserve, I felt reassured by the doctors we met, and went ahead with IUI (planning subsequent IVF if needed). I was incredibly fortunate to fall pregnant from that first round of IUI. My partner and I were ready to go ahead with IUI at Concept Fertility until we just had the most shocking and unexpected experience from the ladies working at the centre.
