Franchement déçu par ce salon. À chaque visite, ils se montrent incapables de réaliser correctement une coupe homme courte. Le résultat est toujours bâclé, sans souci du détail, et loin de ce qu’on peut attendre d’un professionnel. Pour 35 $, on se retrouve avec une coupe médiocre qui ne vaut absolument pas le prix demandé. Et pour avoir fréquenté ce salon depuis près de 20 ans, je peux dire que la qualité n’a cessé de baisser au fil du temps. À fuir à tout prix

The worse short haircut that I ever had Just the morning of a wedding on top of that! My hairs was uneven, not style(although I paid for it) it was not what I asked for, even after telling her that around the ears was not even, she left it over my ears. It took more than 70 minutes, such at that point I gave up because I was telling her what I want it was like she was not hearing me, I try French and in English… never again!!!

It's one in a thousand hairdressers who will ask you what you want done and then go above and beyond. Maria is an artist and has all the experience needed to become a master of the craft. I've paid double at other places and had really poor or mediocre results. Not the case with Concept Elite a

Read all reviews carefully to confirm my experience. Do not make my mistake. They overcharge you and do a terrible job. I was quoted $60 for root touch-up and $40 for styling, but was shocked when the final bill came to $150 before tax, it was way more than expected due to a “mask” they claim they applied without my consent or prior discussion.
