First of all, the women there are amazing. Starting with Clara, the receptionist literally the sweetest person ever (plus her blond hair WOW). When I was booking my appointment, we ended up talking for 30 minutes because she was just that lovely. I absolutely love her. And then there’s my gorgeous hairstylist, Orseda, who I would recommend a million times without hesitation. Très mauvaise expérience. J'en tremble. J'ai acheté pour 400$ de produits. Tous de la même marque. J'ai fait une réaction à l'un des produits. On n'a pas voulu me rembourser. C'est inacceptable. On m'a donné une note de crédit. Mais je ne reviendrai pas là. Alors comment faire pour récupérer le 400$ ? Ça a commencé avec une bonne expérience avec Georgia. J'avais fait une coupe et des mèches.
