Le salon est correct en général. La coupe était bien, pis la majorité du monde là-bas savent ce qu’ils font. Par contre, la madame blonde plus âgée, aucune idée ce qu’elle fait là. Zéro service à la clientèle, aucune écoute, pis on dirait qu’elle veut pas être là. C’est pas compliqué, elle a aucun des traits qu’on s’attendrait de quelqu’un qui travaille avec du monde. Si vous tombez sur elle, bonne chance.

That «manager» is just another lvl of démotivation or I’d say - she is a customer repellent. Read the reviews, Mr owner. Let’s not make this busy spot so unattractive and less productive just cuz she needs a spot for power trips. The other guy (serious look in his eyes) who sometimes is there, gives a totally different vibe. Can’t it be a bubbly person with positive energy to attract customers? Sincerely, the worst salon I have ever been to. The condescending manager treats their employees terribly. It’s no wonder the salon has such bad reviews—no one wants to work there. If this were my salon, I would shut it down forever. Chain salons like this are truly awful!
