Cara and the team have been great to deal with, from our first meeting helping us with our lighting plan to installation. They are so professional and do such a good job. So happy with the work concept did on our new house. We created what we thought was a huge problem when moving in and they were able to help us out and fix it in a really timely manner. They guys that did it were neat, tidy quick and efficient. They even vacuumed up the plaster dust!! The staff at concept are friendly and kind and the work was outstanding. When looking for trades to do work in your home these days you have to be so careful. Getting 3 or 4 quotes is so time consuming. Concept Electrics was recommended to me by my daughter so I knew they'd be good. From the first phone call to make the appointment I was impressed.
