The Concept team came to install our tastic in our ensuite and they were great. They came on time, got the job done and were efficient. They were super friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend.
When looking for trades to do work in your home these days you have to be so careful. Getting 3 or 4 quotes is so time consuming. Concept Electrics was recommended to me by my daughter so I knew they'd be good. From the first phone call to make the appointment I was impressed. From the moment that I rang to enquire about getting a quote for some additional electrical work to my home I was impressed. At all times I was kept informed as to arrival times, costs and outcomes. Once Chris was on site to quote the job, he went above and beyond with offering some advice and other options to ensure the outcome would not only be functional but also aesthetically look great which he'd worked out was really important to me.
