These guys have no idea what they are doing. Bought a home that they had flipped. Windows leak, A/Cs out of balance due to sinking slabs, bathtubs painted with latex paint ( yes. Latex ), pipes in the walls leak, holes in the top of the closet leading into the attic from poor Sheetrock floating, painted over visibility water damage. I can go on.
