The best service! Everyone is incredibly friendly & professional. Unlike many dental offices that simply tell you to floss more then send you on your way, every staff member here genuinely cares about each person who walks through the door. They’ve truly made going to the dentist a pleasant experience.
My experience is always great at Concept Dental. The staff are always so friendly and greets everyone who walks in the door. My dental hygienist Bambi is awesome too. I especially like the warm cookie that's given to each patient before leaving.
Bambi was very nice and did a great job on my cleaning.
Came in for my regular cleaning today and had a great visit. For the first time in years I got a cleaning done without sedation as I had previously developed anxiety and would literally shake in the chair (Nothing bad ever happened, I just developed fear over the years). Having the option to be sedated allowed me to get routine care and reduced the unreasonable fear I had developed. Booked my second cleaning for the year and will be back again soon. This is my fourth or fifth visit over the years.
