The dentist i saw (Dr Quinlan) was excellent, however, being harassed whenever you have an upcoming appointment if you don't answer immediately when his receptionist calls with her reminder will result in her going as far as being rude and abrupt and even calling you from “unknown caller” when you haven't responded within 5 minutes of her sending you email, text, and multiple phone call all within a 10 minute period. Excellent! The staff are friendly, the business runs efficiently and they do their best to accommodate your schedule. I am 100% satisfied with my dentist.
Virtually pain free, exceptionally clean work area. Professional and friendly staff! Doctor Quinlan is very gentle and takes time with his patients.
Fantastic service, but from Dr. Strickland and his receptionist Krista. Highly recommend Concept Dental.
