My son has been receiving services from Concept Care for almost a year now. I have dealt with a lot of providers with a lot of disappointments over the years and had not come across any one provider being outstanding nor going above and beyond. It’s been great dealing with this company. I have found the director, the office staff and the support workers coming into our home to be very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for carers that really do care.
