We purchased our van from the team at Alan Grahams and they made the whole experience very enjoyable. The after sale service we have received has been excellent from the whole team including Julie & Steve. If we have had any enquires whilst travelling they are always quick to respond to our calls. I highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a new or second hand caravan to contact the team at North Gosford.

2023 I bought a new caravan from Ira Samuel. The reason I drove from Sydney to their premises at Gosford was due to a current customer known to me stating that their back up and support was exceptional. That was top importance. I towed this caravan around Australia for 9 months. During this time Julie and Steve from the workshop were always responsive and helpful solving any of my requests for warranty support from the van manufacturer. We bought a Camper from Andy 12 years ago. It was time for an upgrade, and we bought a caravan. Andy and the team made it so easy there were no speedbumps or hiccups, just loads of excitement for our new adventures. Safety Steve (the workshop manager) was patient with the hand over and answered all out questions, he helped us sort our car connections and a few other minor issues on our behalf to make sure we were on our way safely. We Recently Purchased a Caravan from Allan Grahams we were a bit disappointed with the service department All thought they are Very Freindly we have asked on numerous occasion for prices on bits and pieces we would like done to our van but we can’t get a definite answer our we have to make numerous phone calls to get any idea of when they can do it I realise I’m not your only customer but please follow thru with quotes and general enquires other then that I would recommend them .
