Bought a new home from Concept Builders back in 2000. There were several issues that were required to be done per the real estate contract but once Concept Builders had our money, they were done with us. After numerous attempts to get the repairs done, the owner sent the receptions over with a caulk gun and a rag telling her to finish any repairs. Obviously that didn’t go well.
