Had the misfortune of coming in close proximity to one of their 12 year old, foul mouthed, chavy drivers. Bullying people using lane control and not giving way to the right on a roundabout. If you're going to drive like an idiot maybe don't do it in a works van.
Concept were excellent throughout my experience. They were on time, efficient and great value.
