Unsure where these positive views come from but I've just moved from a flat in Raffles House managed by Concept for 2+ years (side note - DO NOT move into that block). Some highlights, although far from everything we experienced - We were first pressured to sign a contract move in date earlier than we wanted, we moved in on the date they asked for and there was no furniture as they hadn't prepared the flat in time.
