FEMALE CAR ENTHUSIASTS BEWARE I wish I could say nice things. I had all the hope in the world that I had found the right shop for me. But oh man am I happy I went and got a second opinion. Concept told me I needed thousands of dollars in repairs to even have my car road worthy. Turns out there was actually very little wrong with it. They were fully aware and trying to scam me. Lost me as a customer. And hopefully you’ll consider a more reliable and honest shop yourself.
I had Concept-1 perform a clutch upgrade and downpipe installation on my Golf R, coordinated by Ken from the Service Team. Their service was truly excellent, demonstrating expertise, transparency and integrity. During the service, the technician noticed my rear driveshaft flex coupler was badly separating. Went to Concept-1 today for the first time after a friend recommended them to me. I am very impressed, Ken and his team were great and they were able to help me out in a very professional way. You can tell right away that they know what they are doing and they care about their customers. I will be taking my GTI and my daughter's Golf there from now on. I can’t say enough about Ken and his shop. I had given them a call as I was in need of an inspection on an Audi S3 that I had purchased.I was scammed and taken for a ride as the car didn’t even make it 30km before I got a check engine light on and it going into limp mode. Ken went over and above for me, they had the car scanned for me as soon as it landed ( even though they were swamped with cars).
