I have been shopping at Concept-1 for more than a decade and it has always been a positive experience. They installed the go-fast goodies on my R when it was brand new 13 years ago, and recently did a bunch of maintenance on it. Curtis went out of his way to call APR and make sure a part I needed would fit. Curtis, Ken and crew are transparent, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The only problem is that they have so much cool stuff that your wallet might start to hate you.
