As a master’s athlete I rely on Katie at Concentric to address any issues (neck, shoulders, low back...etc) that I may be experiencing as well as helping with my overall recovery. The combination of massage, scraping and cupping helps to ensure I’m receiving the latest techniques. Regular visits to Concentric are built into my training plan and I’d highly recommend that it be in yours!

Katie is so knowledgeable. As a former athlete, she is the best around, I wouldn't trust anyone else. This is the massage that you dream about. I'm so glad to have found her and she is the epitome of a true professional. She genuinely listens to you, ask great questions to find out about you and then magic! If I could give 100 stars, I would!
