The Employment Service that sent me to Concentra had managed to mistype me e-mail address internally, so I didn't have a form that defined what tests were needed when I arrived. The Concentra arrivals clerk went far out of his way to help me get the correct info, and when they finally did have it, they were very efficient and polite about collecting samples and getting me out the door.
Amazing staff. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Fast and polite service.
