Very ifficient and timely.Super helpful and friendly receptionist and staff.
Arrived for my pre-employment physical and drug screen and was immediately greeted with a smile by the kindest woman behind the front desk. Had a seat in the waiting room and was promptly called back for my drug test. Once that was done was brought to another room for vision test and vitals. Charity was the nurse and was exceptional. Communicated everything clearly and answered any questions I had. Obviously not a super fun thing to be doing on a Monday, but the staff here made it a great experience.
My experience with Concenttra was excellent. There wasn't a long wait period & the staff were very efficient with me having to complete a physical updating my MMD (forms) to summit to the coast guard.
Woman at front desk was very unwelcoming and seemed to get upset when she had to give direction
