My experience at concentra was great. Kellie H on the clinical team was awesome she explained everything to you and had a welcoming attitude.
Kelly was fast and was very professional
They need to make appointments for urinary tests! Sitting here for over 2 hours, dying and waiting on 1 person to do all tests is ridiculous. The main reception personnel were very pleasant.
Kellie’s positive attitude and smile brightened my day and made the whole experience much more pleasant.
The host was very welcoming. Got everything done quick and precisely.
