I visited this clinic with a severe sore throat that had persisted for over 10–12 days. They performed a flu test, a COVID test, and three strep swab tests…all of which came back NEGATIVE. It was clear the swabs were not done properly, rendering the results unreliable. Basic procedures were also neglected. I’ve now been to two of their Fort Myers locations and the service and staff were great at both. I would not hesitate to use their services again and will request my employer sends me to either of their locations in the future. Thank you.
Fast and efficient service and front desk receptionists as well as the technician were all pleasant during my visit.
Everybody was great. Front desk ladies were very helpful not just towards me but towards other clients as well. I know when I got there there was one lady having some issues with her insurance and they were very patient with her and got her all sorted out at then end. Doctor and nurses were nice as well.
