The Concentra team is truly welcoming and friendly. They don't treat you like a patient, but like a new friend. They're more interested in you, trying to make you feel comfortable, rather than asking questions about your visit. They put you first.
Staff was very polite, compassionate, and professional. They also answered all my questions and addressed my concerns satisfactorily.
Came here for an annual physical. The facility was clean. The staff was courteous and professional. The Doctor was friendly and followed up the next day which is rare. The only negative was an unusually long wait time.
The staff and doctor were amazing I felt very comfortable there and enjoyed interacting with everyone
