The receptionist with the camo ARMY shirt and weird glasses should be fired. I overheard them making jokes about sexual assault to a man who came in, she said 'dont drop the soap you are too pretty". He was visably uncomfortable. I will be making a complaint to Concentra Corporate as well. Completely unacceptable unprofessionalism.
I was only there for a drug screen required for employment. The staff was polite and quick with getting me in and out in little time. Facilities were in great condition and very clean.
Came to Concentra for a pre employment drug screening. I was a walk-in, and the crew took care of me right away and I was in and out in 20 minutes.
I had a great experience here! Needed to get testing done on something very urgent and the process was quick and easy.
