One of the best interactions I've had with a doctor. Wait time was more filing out forms than actually waiting but they weren't too busy when I went in.
Staff was rude and very unprofessional
Great customer service. Very friendly and professional. Also a very quick experience as my wait time was very minimal.
Went in for a DOT phys. Waited 2hrs in the waiting room, another hour fifteen in the room because there's only one doctor. He tried to tell me all locations are like this, which I informed him no they are not. I've done this quite a few times before and I have never had this issue at the Kentucky avenue location nor Georgetown Rd. Almost 3 and 1/2 hour wait for a 7-minute visit. Do better.
