Office staff are very pleasant and professional, physical therapy department is INCREDIBLE, the upper medical staff... INCOMPETENT does not even begin to describe their level of training. Clueless as to identifying the problem and lost in effective treatment strategies. I've wasted 7-weeks dealing with them, only to be discharged with a 'we don't know what's wrong' Called radiology that performed the imaging on my injury and was told the image that was ordered was the wrong one and would not have revealed the injury. We have candidates go for physicals and drug screening. US Healthworks lost a urinalysis. I have to know how this is even possible? LOL Did you take it home? Drink it? Please enlighten me! Nothing but problems with every US Healthworks facility we use. I told them we would be looking for another company that said thats fine. That is excellent customer service LOLOLOLOL!!!!!
