What’s the point of even having an appointment. You have an appointment for a specific time and an hour later you still haven’t been seen
I didn't feel like the place was sanitary. The person who helped me didn't wash their hands after changing a task. Saw someone on their phone while the wait was really long. These people were not taking precautions to prevent germs from spreading such as washing hands, wiping areas, and having sanitizer for patients. I asked for a bandaid and the guy touched a trash can and needle disposal station and then handed me the bandaid. LONG wait time. Had appt, was still there for 2 hrs (only about 15 mins was with medical staff).
My experience with Dr Susan was all I could have hope for.
Super slow... I am waiting in the lobby for an hour and I am the only one here.
