Receptionist was very mean. Cold / bad attitude. This is the worst Covid testing experience I’ve ever had. People around me waiting agreed. Hopefully I never have to come back to this place again. The actual nurses are friendly tho
Arrived 20 min early, waited 1-1/2 hours after appointment time, checked with the desk person, “we’re busy, you need to wait”, advised her I would be in the hallway to call work, I might be late. Upon completion of call went back inside to wait. After another hour I checked again, same person said “they called your name and you didn’t respond”. Very professional, and took there time with patients.
Everyone was so attentive and responsive. My Physical Therapist Marissa was so personable and knowledgeable. The attending physician Dr. Harris took time to answer all questions and was also relatable and knowledgeable.
The friendly staff and great care you get when you go there.
The wait time in the afternoon is RIDICULOUS! I haven't personally had a problem w the staff especially front desk ladies always helpful
