Waited over a hour each of the three times I went to the federal way branch...even for a pre-employment drug test...rude receptionist....next time I'll go to one further from home to avoid the headache. ...
ZERO do not go here waited two hours to be seen then the nurse comes out and tells us the lady that takes our insurance left for the day and the other dr is within her 90 days so she can't see anyone that has our insurance. My husband asked when the next apt was so the nurse went to check they didn't have ANY for a week, and the nurses/ receptionists were bitches. I repeat DO NOT GO THERE.
3 hour wait? Yeah you guys suck. 2 hours sitting wasting time. Another hour for the doc to see you. Yeaaaaah
Zero stars really. Been waiting for 3 hours now. These people are incompetent.
If I could give U. S. Health works zero stars, and still write a review, they would have zero stars. My wife has been waiting an hour and 58 minutes to get x-rays and see a doctor on a referral from their office in Puyallup. There seems to be some problem with paperwork between the two offices that (even though we brought copies of the doctor's recommendations) has now taken over two hours to resolve. If you can avoid U. S. Health works, I would recommend that you go somewhere else for anything but the simplest requirements.
