this place freaking sucks!!! I waited for 3 hours n ended up leaving because this workers are the worsest ever... 😡😡😡
It took them 3 weeks to set me up for therapy because someone forgot to do it and someone forgot to call me to tell me about it and now my therapist just gave me a paper with some stretchings
The nurse (probably not) is so rude and unprofessional, maybe she want to live up to her tattoo expectation. She didn’t introduce herself , what she is about to do and no ID badge.
Made an appointment for 10am. It's now noon and I'm STILL waiting. What is the point of making an appointment and then have patients waiting for 2 or more hours? Why overbook and have patients waiting for hours? Plus they made me fill out the medical questionnaire before I came in to supposedly save time. What type of ex spearmint I had there word's can't explain ,I've been treated like if I was a criminal on my first day checking in,as I was talked to so disrespectful I'm changing my treatment location and wouldn't advise any one that's injured to go there.
It was ok just was cold from waiting. Glad to get what needed to be done just wish I had my jacket
these people are so Rude they can't even explain why your seeing the Dr! You have an appointment and your waiting forever! But they are quick to collect on your workers comp claim! Not to mention they are quick to blame others for your referral not being processed!
