Really long wait times for rechecks. Had to wait seven months to get surgery. And at the end the doctor Lied on the final reports and said that I could lift for weight and have full range of motion which is not true. He did no tests and no measurements to determine this
My rating is a -0! I went through a 5 hr wait! The worst experience. Worst then going to an ER. Only reason I went because I had a work injury and they sent me there. I thought I was going to go crazy waiting! So upset that my work sent me there. Really why would you do that to your employees?
Too much time waiting and personnel are grumpy and always under pressure for the job designation
You will wait for a standard employment physical up to 4 hr wait.
Very long waits are the standard. 3+ hours for simple health screenings. The staff is competent, but their corporate office sets up sites for failure with this dismal understaffing.
The front girls were not very nice. The wait was over 2 hrs.

I went to my personal Physician before I went to Concentra and was diagnose with a work related problem then I went to Concentra with a workman’s comp claim, Then I waited approximately 2 plus hours to see the main Doctor told her the problem then she called my work place talk to the H R Personal then came over to me in a very Offensive way declining My claim without even checking or calling my doctor !……….. so, this sort of tells you it’s one sided they don’t care about what the injured work associate or what they have to s... read more
