Receptionists are fine, but Doctors!!!! Bad mood, insensitive, they seem they don't like their job. I hope not come back!
Concentra is horrible. If I didn't have to go for this workman's comp. I would go to my own Dr. What's the point of having an appointment? I come in 30 min before my appointment which was at 10 and still didn't get called to the back until almost 11. Some of the people are nice but overall this place is a joke they should think about retraining, adding more staff to be able to accommodate
Worse place ever! If my soon to be employer was not paying for this I would have told them what I thought and left! I get they had an emergency, but being a nurse I know I would have sent a patient with a heart issue to the ER asap!!! Not make him sit and wait for an hour! Will never recommend this place to anyone!!!
Went in for a return to work drug screen. They not only used the incorrect form, but also thought it would be perfectly ok to just send out the specimen using there house account number. They should have contacted employer for explicit information regarding the test (five panel) is what was needed. They could have been given the correct MRO which is the account number. Tell me how does the doctor come and see ask questions stuff that's not important and didn't even exam my foot and went to look at the MRI and never came.. can we say very unprofessional just left me in the room for like 30 minutes I was so angry
