this is the worst place to go in the entire world. I've never had shoulder injury in my life and the doctor determined it was a pre-existing injury. dr. Lundquist make sure you don't get him dumbest doctor on the face of the planet. I have had an orthopedic doctor and an independent medical exam completely disagree with dr. Lundquist. because of dr. Lundquist my Labor & Industries claim was held up for over 2 months and I almost became homeless during the pandemic. heartless careless and stupid

Unless you have a lot of time to wait, but once they call you to start your exam it is quick. I waited one hour then the person said he would check me in? Really why so long? I was there before most of the people and my paperwork was filled out and signed. I was there when it opened and it took a long time
Very slow. Not very thorough. I had to come back for an X-ray because they didn’t the first time. I’m still in super pain but they did nothing or recommended nothing. I don’t know what to do about this but go to a real doctor/hospital. They are quick to look at you but process things very very slowly. If I go somewhere professional I have to pay with my money when my company chooses to use the cheapest healthcare they can on a corner store location instead of a hospital with health care that is professional. Quick in and out. Professional in every way. Forgot to sign the prescription so I had to go back for that
I had to come to US Health works due to being hurt at work - this was L&I's preferred office. They were professional and kind, I felt like i was treated respectfully and that we handled my injury as quick as possible. The doctor took the time to explain why such a minor muscle issue could possibly hurt so badly which I really appreciated, as I had never been hurt like that ever.
