Here goes my Customer service complaint about the Concentra branch urgent care in Layton, UT I received horrible over the phone customer service by the employee JANE this morning. She is the only employee who answers the phone every time when we call the general number. My mom is here visiting from Brasil and needed to be seen for an eye infection. First impression is everything. So when u have someone at the reception desk that would rather be on her phone that take care of a customer, big thumbs down. Then when u have other customers that have arrive quite a bit of time after you, yet they are taken in before you. I feel like there may be a personal issue because I said something about your attitude. However, if that isnt the case. I wouldn't take my dog back to this place. Rude, slow, ugly, dirty and completely void of any pesonality or compasion. It is a workmans comp scam to keep you from getting the healthcare that you need. I was there a couple of hours and walked out.
