HORRIBLE staff and service. My work physical was done INCORRECTLY and I was told to come back, then was refused service on the day THEY TOLD ME TO COME BACK. Staff is LACKING TRAINING and education.
Spend a lot of time and don't respect the appointment and they don't care about patients
Waited 2 hours to get blood pressure rechecked got there at 7:20am with 2 people in the waiting room at the time after an hour of waiting asked the medical assistant behind the desk what was going on and she tells me I had people in front of me for physicals. How was that when there was only 2 people in the waiting room when I started and they had already been seen and gone. After another hour there is now 15 people in waiting area. Worst urgent care, the wait is so long I was like 4 hours , only one DR, and no clients just me and wait so long! I fell like a have 🤒 temperature and guess wat I need to tell the nurse about it, and I tell the other nurse and he check my temperature and is 109 😪
Customer service is the worse , front office medical assistants are rude .long waits and the list goes on
This place is a joke. Over 2 hours wait just for a DOT physical.
Had the WORST experience ever, I’m a CDL Driver and had to go to US HeathWorks for a “Simple” Pee in a cup Drug Test... I waited 3 1/2 hours to spend 2 minutes to pee in the cup 🤬. My company usually goes to Fox Medical in San Bernardino, and after how US HeathWorks treated me - I Will Never Go Back!!
RecommendedThe ladies that work the front desk have a lot to do yet they were so helpful and very kind. (Thanks for the free pretzels and water, too.) The x-ray tech was very professional. Dr. Wresch was the best. He cared about my well being, worked with me and talked with me about my situation and what would be the best course of action towards getting me better. I would definitely recommend using this place for your medical needs.
